Senate Order on Departmental and Agency Contracts Listing Relating to Period 01 July 2009 to 30 June 2010.
The contracts above relate to those which have been entered into by the Family Court of Australia which have not been fully performed at 30 June 2010 or which have been entered into during the 12 months prior to 30 June 2010, and which provide for a consideration to the value of $100,000 or more.
The Family Court of Australia has estimated the cost of complying with the Senate Order at $1500.00, determined by calculating the time taken to: collect, analyse and compile the required information and then applying appropriate salary costs; and contractor costs in posting the information to the Family Court internet site.
